数字保险公司OneDegree正在就SPAC上市与投行进行接洽
链捕手消息，香港数字资产保险公司 OneDegree 联合创始人 Alvin Kwock 表示，该公司正在与投资银行接洽，希望通过一家空白支票公司（SPAC）上市，预计将在未来几个月内会进行一轮融资。
据悉，OneDegree 成立于 2016 年，在香港拥有虚拟保险公司牌照。2021 年 8 月份，OneDegree 完成 2800 万美元 B 轮融资，投资方为新鸿基、戈壁创投等。
2022 年 4 月 11 日，OneDegree 与全球最大再保险公司之一的 Munich Re 合作推出数字资产保险产品 OneInfinity，该产品面向数字资产交易平台、托管人、资产管理人和技术提供商。
