比特币矿企Bit Digital计划通过ATM方式融资5亿美元
链捕手消息，在纳斯达克上市的比特币矿企Bit Digital (BTBT)向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了一份招股说明书，该公司计划通过ATM增发(At-The-MarketOffering)筹集5亿美元。ATM增发是指交易所上市公司通过指定的经纪自营商以现行市场价格逐步将新发行的股票或他们已经拥有的股票出售到二级交易市场中。
根据提交的文件，其股票发行可能包括普通股、优先股(包括可转换优先股)、认股权证和由上述进行的组合。该公司表示，所得款项将用于一般企业用途，包括资本支出、购买新的采矿设备、其他潜在收购以及一般营运资本。如果Bit Digital出售普通股，H.C. Wainwright将担任承销商，并将出售约1.818亿股，如果价值5亿美元的股票全部出售，其流通股将增加约241%。
