上海一物资团购组织者以涉嫌诈骗罪被提起公诉，钱款用于虚拟货币交易
链捕手消息，上海市嘉定区人民检察院于4月20日以涉嫌诈骗罪对假借社区团购之名实施诈骗的被告人龚某某提起公诉。4月7日，龚某某从他人处获悉某超市社区团购信息，在未获得货源保证的情况下，故意隐瞒未达到团购条件的事实，采用伪造居委会证明、虚构货源信息等方式，在两个小区微信群内组织团购，骗取团购费用共计4.6万余元，后多次将上述部分钱款用于虚拟货币交易。
嘉定区检察院审查后认为，被告人龚某某以非法占有为目的，虚构事实、隐瞒真相，利用电信网络诈骗他人财物，数额较大，应当以诈骗罪追究其刑事责任。
