前 CFTC 主席：当前美国的加密货币监管框架「与目的不匹配」
链捕手消息，前 CFTC 主席 Chris Giancarlo 在 FTX 举办的 Crypto Bahamas 上表示，当前美国的加密货币监管框架「与目的不匹配」。
据了解，在对当前美国的加密货币政策进行评分时，Chris Giancarlo 给出了 0 分，并表示当前的法规是 90 年前制定的法规。
前 CFTX 代理负责人，现任 FTX 法律政策与监管战略负责人 Mark Wetjen 则表示，目前的法规存在一些障碍，真正重要的是高层人士需要更积极地拥抱加密行业。
