CFTC： BitMEX 创始人为非法交易需支付 3000 万美元罚款
链捕手消息，美国商品期货交易委员会 (CFTC) 在昨日的一份声明中表示，BitMEX 的三位联合创始人因经营非法加密货币衍生品平台和违反洗钱规则需支付总计 3000 万美元罚款。
据了解，美国纽约南区地方法院命令该平台的创始人就 CFTC 指控他们与美国客户非法开展业务，每人支付 1000 万美元的罚款。该命令是在 2 月份司法部对一起相关案件的决议之后作出，在该案件中，BitMEX创始人承认违反了《银行保密法》，因为他们在没有适当控制洗钱的情况下运行加密现货和衍生品交易平台。
