Coinbase 首席执行官：Coinbase 没有破产风险，根据美 SEC 要求披露一个新的风险因素
链捕手消息，Coinbase 首席执行官 Brian Armstrong 发推称，有用户对 Coinbase 披露的如何持有加密资产信息存有争议，Coinbase 没有破产风险，但是根据美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的要求加入了一个新的风险因素，称为 SAB 121，这是对第三方持有加密资产的上市公司新要求的披露。
Coinbase 相信 Prime 和 Custody 客户在其服务条款中享有强有力的法律保护，正在采取进一步措施更新用户条款为零售客户提供相同的保护。Brian Armstrong 认为这一披露是有道理的，因为这些法律保护尚未在法庭上专门针对加密资产进行测试，而且法院有可能（尽管不太可能）决定在破产程序中将客户资产视为公司的一部分。
