YGG 回应 Merit Circle 社区：除资本投资外，SAFT 协议并未提及增值服务条款
链捕手消息，针对Merit Circle社区成员发起的治理提案，链游公会Yield Guild Games（YGG）表示，2021年9月，YGG与Merit Circle签订SAFT协议，以参与后者种子轮投资。SAFT协议中没有与增值（value-add）服务相关的条件，只要求资本投资。
据此前报道，链游公会Merit Circle发起社区提案，旨在证明Yield Guild Games（YGG）自成为种子投资者以来未能为DAO提供价值，拟取消YGG的SAFT（简单未来代币协议），退还其初始投资资金，并移除其MC种子代币。
