据悉，EUROC 是一种与欧元挂钩的可赎回稳定币。Circle 首席执行官 Jeremy Allaire 称，EUROC 的全部现金储备将以欧元 (EUR) 持有，并遵循与 USDC 相同的监管框架和报告标准。（forkast）
