美 SEC 主席：将与 CFTC 正式会谈以统一加密监管法规
链捕手消息，美国证券交易管理委员会（SEC）主席 Gary Gensler 接受英国《金融时报》专访时表示，将与商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）正式展开会谈、整合加密监管，使监管机构统一法规。
据悉，Gary Gensler 之前也担任过 CFTC 主席，外界预料本次会谈将有助于双方对于加密资产的定位与法规整合。如果资产被视为证券将会在 SEC 的管辖范围内，如果资产代表商品则交给 CFTC 管辖。此前美国参议员 Kirsten Gillibrand 和 Cynthia Lummis 提出的法案是把 BTC 和 ETH 视为 CFTC 管辖的商品，其他加密货币被归类为商品或证券。（Beincrypto）
