币安与柬埔寨证券交易监管机构签署谅解备忘录
链捕手消息，币安今日宣布，已与柬埔寨证券交易监管机构（SERC）签署谅解备忘录。 币安 和 SERC 将合作开发柬埔寨的数字证券，进行数字资产创新。币安将为SERC 分享数字资产运营方面的技术知识和经验、支持制定法律框架、为该地区的数字资产进行适当的培训。
SERC总干事的王国政府代表SOU Socheat表示：“SERC目前尚未颁发任何数字资产许可证，但我们正在努力制定适当的法规，并希望这份谅解备忘录成为我们未来监管工作的垫脚石。”
