链捕手消息，以太坊二层扩容网络 Optimism 宣布决定淘汰 Kovan 测试网， Kovan 测试网已经被以太坊社区弃用，为了继续为生态系统提供稳定的测试网络，并与以太坊合并后保持同步，Optimism 也决定淘汰 Kovan 测试网，并建议预言机、节点、基础设施提供商和开发工具尽快开始迁移。
此外，Optimism 创建了一个迁移状态页面，该页面将持续更新以跟踪生态项目向 Goerli 的迁移，Optimism 计划在 8 月 15 日之前将所有项目完全迁移到 Goerli。
