加密借贷平台 Vauld 首席执行官： 暂停平台提款，或将进行重组
链捕手消息，总部位于新加坡的加密借贷平台 Vauld 首席执行官 Darshan Bathija 表示，由于市场动荡和业务合作伙伴的财务困难等多种因素，Vauld 在财务上陷入困境。Vauld 决定立即暂停平台上的所有提款、交易和存款。
据悉，Vauld 对潜在的重组方案持开放态度。已聘请 Kroll 作为其财务顾问，并分别聘请 Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas 和 Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP 作为其在印度和新加坡的法律顾问。Bathija 表示：「我们的管理层正在努力与财务和法律顾问合作，尽最大的能力分析和尝试所有可行选择，包括潜在的重组选择，这将最好地保护 Vauld 利益相关者权益。」（TheBlock）
