加密借贷平台 Celsius 聘请新的律师团队来负责公司重组计划
链捕手消息，据《华尔街日报》援引知情人士报道，加密借贷平台 Celsius 聘请了 Kirkland & Ellis LLP 的律师，以就可能的重组方案提供建议，同时保留了原 Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld 的一个团队。
知情人士还称，Celsius 希望避免冗长的破产程序，并相信其大部分客户不希望该公司破产，用户可以通过在 Celsius 账户中使用“HODL 模式”来表示他们的支持，该模式是一种安全功能，表示用户在提款功能激活时不会转移资金。Celsius 对此没有回应置评。
据悉，上周申请破产保护的加密经纪商 Voyager Digital 也聘请了 Kirkland & Ellis 团队进行其重组计划。（The Block）
