英国法院允许通过 NFT 提起诉讼
链捕手消息，根据英国 Giambrone & Partners 律师事务所周二的通知，Fabrizio D’Aloia 对 Binance Holdings、Poloniex、OKX 等公司提起的诉讼导致了一个法律先例——为某人提供服务的数字解决方案。6 月 24 日，该案的法官允许通过将 NFT 空投到最初由 D'Aloia 持有但被匿名个人窃取的钱包中来服务当事人。
据悉，截至目前，英国的民事诉讼规则允许通过个人服务、邮件、在实际地址投递或传真或其他类型的“电子通信”来送达诉讼。在双方事先同意交付或法院出于“正当理由”授权的情况下，通常使用电子方式为某人服务。（cointelegraph）
