赵长鹏起诉《彭博商业周刊》香港出版商现代传媒公司诽谤
链捕手消息，币安首席执行官赵长鹏昨日表示将起诉《彭博商业周刊》的香港出版商现代传媒公司。该诉讼源于《彭博商业周刊》 6 月 23 日对赵长鹏的一篇评论文章《加密货币的首富能否经受住寒冷？》，但在香港版的《商业周刊》中，出版商现代传媒将标题翻译为“赵长鹏的庞氏骗局”。
赵长鹏要求撤稿，要求将该版本从报摊上撤下，并要求下达限制令，以阻止被告进一步传播该形象；现代传媒已经部分承担了义务。赵长鹏已在美国纽约南区地方法院就简介中的“诽谤指控”提出了针对彭博有限合伙公司和彭博公司的调查动议。
此外，在诉讼中，赵长鹏对文章将币安描述为“粗略”以及一位交易员的匿名引述将币安称为“大型垃圾币赌场”提出质疑。（Coindesk）
