加密借贷平台 Vauld 已获得新加坡高等法院为期三个月的债权人保护
链捕手消息，根据法庭听证会，新加坡高等法院授予 Vauld 母公司Defi Payments Ltd. 的暂停令将持续到 11 月 7 日。在此期间，Vauld 可暂停向债权人付款，暂停令将有效地保护公司免受债权人的任何潜在诉讼。
在听证会上，法官要求公司成立债权人委员会。预计两周后，Vauld 将向债权人提供现金流和资产估值等详细信息，而其账户管理预计将在八周内完成。Vauld最初申请的保护期限为六个月，旨在完成对Nexo的收购，法官解释，虽然判定为三个月，但很有可能延长期限。（Beincrypto）
