链捕手消息，基于 Cosmos 的多链交易网络 kujira 将推出超额抵押稳定币 USK，用户质押 ATOM 以铸造 USK，燃烧 USK 可以赎回其抵押品。团队将与社区进一步讨论 USK 的具体参数。
据悉，USK 预计在 8 月 10 日进入测试网，大约 2 周之后上线主网。目前拟定的参数包括：铸币费 0.5%，借款年利率 5%，清算费 1%，ORCA 提款费 0.5%，超额抵押率 67%。
