AppLovin 出价 175.4 亿美元收购游戏引擎 Unity
链捕手消息，游戏软件公司 AppLovin 近日宣布，将以每股 58.85 美元，总计 175.4 亿美元的价格收购知名游戏引擎开发商 Unity Software，此次交易将以全股票的形式完成。收购后 AppLovin 与 Unity 将会合并，根据拟议的交易，Unity 将拥有合并后的公司的 55% 的流通股和 49% 的投票权。
此前，Unity 以 16.3 亿美元收购《指环王》特效工作室 Weta Digital 入局元宇宙。
