投资巨头 Abrdn 成为数字资产交易平台 Archax 最大外部股东
链捕手消息，据 The Block 报道，资产规模超 6190 亿美元的投资公司 Abrdn 表示已成为数字资产交易平台 Archax 的最大外部股东。Abrdn 在 Archax 的股份将为其获得一个 Archax 的董事会席位，Abrdn 计划将 Archax 的股份用作投资者获取数字证券机会并通过 Tokenization 连接到现有产品的途径。
据悉，Archax 成立于 2018 年，是目前唯一获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）批准的数字证券交易平台，已获得涵盖交易、托管和经纪业务的许可。投资公司 Abrdn（前身为 Standard Life Aberdeen）成立于 1825 年，为财务顾问和个人财富业务提供专注于投资解决方案、工具和技术的一系列投资服务。
