链捕手消息，币安获阿斯塔纳金融服务管理局（AFSA）原则上批准，但在 AFSA 原则上批准之后仍需进行完整的审批流程。在审批完成后，币安可作为哈萨克斯坦阿斯塔纳国际金融中心的数字资产交易基础设施运营商和托管提供商提供服务。
据悉，AFSA 是阿斯塔纳国际金融中心的独立监管机构，也是监管哈萨克斯坦和更广泛的独联体地区数字资产相关活动的独特机构。
