Galaxy Digital 终止对加密货币托管商 BitGo 的收购
链捕手消息，加密货币金融服务公司 Galaxy Digital 宣布终止对加密货币托管商 BitGo 的收购。Galaxy Digital 表示，终止收购是由于 BitGo 未能在 2022 年 7 月 31 日之前交付符合协议要求的 2021 年经审计财务报表。
Galaxy Digital 于 2021 年 5 月 5 日宣布 12 亿美元的估值收购 BitGo 以 2.65 亿美元的现金和 3380 万股 Galaxy Digital 股票支付，但在今年 3 月，Galaxy Digital 在财报电话会议中表示已重新协商收购加密货币托管商 BitGo 的条款。
