链捕手消息，PeckShield发推特表示，Optimsim 基金会多签钱包于北京时间 8 月 18 日凌晨陆续向 Coinbase 托管钱包转账共计约 4.5 亿枚 OP。Optimsim 基金会解释称该转账行为并非代币解锁也不会导致当前代币供应量的变化，仅仅是按计划向投资者进行转账。
