Hidden Road Partners 由 Marc Asch 于 2018 年创立，此前曾与 Steven Cohen 的对冲基金 SAC Capital 和 Point72 Asset Management 合作。该公司代表客户和加密货币交易所或做市商承担交易对手风险，允许他们在与托管人的三方设置中寄存美元作为抵押品，并以美元收取利润和损失。（彭博社）
