Celsius 起诉 Prime Trust 索还价值 1700 万美元的代币
链捕手消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Celsius 周二向美国联邦破产法院起诉加密基础设施公司 Prime Trust，试图收回其前商业伙伴仍持有的价值 1700 万美元的加密货币。
争议源于 Prime Trust 为纽约和华盛顿的 Celsius 客户持有的大量资产。Celsius 表示，双方于 2021 年 6 月解除协议时，Prime Trust 持有这些资产并将其中的 1.19 亿美元退还给摄氏，但 Prime Trust 拒绝履行其转让价值 1700 万美元的义务，包括 398 枚 BTC、196,268 枚 CEL 代币、3,740 枚 ETH 和 220 万 USDC。（CoinDesk）
