比特币 ATM 公司 Bitcoin Depot 拟通过 SPAC 在纳斯达克上市，估值约 8.85 亿美元
链捕手消息，据华尔街日报报道，比特币 ATM公司 Bitcoin Depot 已与一家特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）GSR II Meteora Acquisition 达成协议，计划合并后在纳斯达克上市，估值约为 8.85 亿美元。
据悉，Bitcoin Depot 成立于 2016 年，是北美最大的比特币 ATM 机提供商，在美国和加拿大拥有 7000 多个比特币 ATM。（WSJ）
