Chain Catcher news, asset management company Franklin Templeton, with over $1.4 trillion in assets, has launched a metaverse ETF "UCITS ETF" for European investors, which will track the Solactive Global Metaverse Innovation Net Total Return Index. This index includes companies that have a significant impact on the metaverse, such as payment company Block, crypto investment firm Galaxy Digital, and gaming company Electronic Arts.

The ETF was listed on Deutsche Börse Xetra (XETRA) on September 7 and will be listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) on September 9. (The Block)
