The Chain Catcher news, Ethereum fork project EthereumPoW (ETHW) published an open letter to the Ethereum community on Twitter, stating its rejection of the proposal to merge contract freeze code into the main codebase, and firmly asserting that it will not impose any restrictions on the contract pool on ETHW.

It also stated that ETHW Core has reached a consensus on the following points: 1. 100% respect for the current ETHW ledger, and no introduction of any regulatory or centralized technology. This includes proposals aimed at protecting users in good faith or technical compromises requested by regulatory agencies. 2. 100% adherence to decentralized governance, with no introduction of any blacklists, whitelists, or other technical restrictions on asset transfers. 3. 100% respect for any individual, DAO, and institutional wallets, including regular wallets, on-chain multi-signature wallets, and even hackers' wallets.
