Y Combinator increases investment in crypto entrepreneurs, with 30 crypto startups selected for the new accelerator program
According to Chain Catcher news, as reported by Inside Bitcoins, 30 cryptocurrency startups have been selected for the latest batch of the Y Combinator accelerator program, mainly involving DeFi solutions (8 companies) and the crypto derivatives sector, up from the previous 25, indicating that Y Combinator is increasing its investment in crypto entrepreneurs.
In addition, the proportion of cryptocurrency companies participating in the Y Combinator accelerator program has rapidly increased over the past few months. This summer, the proportion of crypto companies among the Y Combinator incubated companies reached 13%, while in the previous W22 YC accelerator program, the proportion of crypto companies was only 6%.
