ForceDAO: The project has officially ended, and the remaining funds after the treasury redistribution have been transferred to the Gitcoin team for public goods support

Chain Catcher news, the yield aggregator ForceDAO tweeted, "The remaining funds after reallocating the treasury funds have been transferred to the Gitcoin team, with 27,200 GTC and 690,000 DAI to be used for public goods support. This marks the end of the project."

In April 2021, a vulnerability in the ForceDAO contract was exploited, leading to a massive issuance of tokens. Subsequently, a new token FORCE was launched, and an airdrop remedy was announced. In March 2022, ForceDAO stated that it had failed to recover after the exploit and would officially end the operations of ForceDAO, advising users to withdraw all remaining funds. At the same time, the ForceDAO treasury plans to redistribute the GTC from the summer 2021 Gitcoin token airdrop to affected users and supporters, with the list of eligible claimants and their corresponding amounts to be provided in the coming days.
