Chain Catcher news, game company and "Final Fantasy" publisher Square Enix announced a partnership with the game-specific blockchain Oasys. Square Enix will join Oasys as a node operator for its upcoming PoS blockchain, exploring the feasibility of developing new games on the Oasys blockchain utilizing user contributions.
Previously reported, the game-specific blockchain project Oasys, launched in collaboration by the well-known Japanese game companies Bandai Namco and Sega, announced the completion of a $20 million token private placement financing, led by Republic Capital. (nftgators)
