Helium opens voting on the proposal to migrate the network to Solana
Chain Catcher news, the decentralized wireless communication network Helium has opened voting on the HIP 70 proposal, which suggests transferring Proof of Coverage (PoC) and data transfer accounting to a dedicated Helium oracle, and migrating Helium's tokens and governance to the Solana blockchain.
