Meta collaborates with Indian IT Department to launch Metaverse Accelerator Program

Chain Catcher News, Meta has partnered with India's IT Ministry to launch a Metaverse Accelerator program, which will fund 40 startups engaged in extended reality projects for research and development. Meta's Vice President of Global Policy, Joel Kaplan, stated, "We are helping to create an ecosystem that enables India's tech startups and innovators to build the foundation of the metaverse."

Additionally, Meta has recently collaborated with the Central Board of Secondary Education in India to launch new products that help accelerate the adoption of extended reality. (nftgators)
