According to Chain Catcher news and reported by CoinDesk, the Milan court in Italy will hold a hearing on September 15 regarding the class action lawsuit against Binance, and Binance will appear in court. It is reported that a group of Italian and international investors filed a lawsuit against the cryptocurrency exchange Binance last November, claiming that the platform's outages prevented users from changing their trading positions, resulting in losses of tens of millions, and they are seeking compensation for those losses. Additionally, Binance allowed Italian users to engage in leveraged futures trading on the platform, violating Italian financial regulations. (CoinDesk)
