The Solana ecosystem NFT platform Metaplex has now opened the MPLX token airdrop claim

Chain Catcher news, the Solana ecosystem NFT platform Metaplex has announced the launch of the MPLX token airdrop claim, which will airdrop to Solana NFT creators using the platform, excluding U.S. residents. The snapshot was completed on August 24. The claim channel is now open, but the token distribution has not yet been announced.

Previously, Chain Catcher reported in January this year that the Metaplex Foundation completed a $46 million strategic round of financing, led by Multicoin Capital and Jump Crypto, with participation from Solana Ventures, Alameda Research, Animoca Brands, basketball star Michael Jordan, and NFT collector Cozomo de' Medici.
