Kraken's Chief Operating Officer Dave Ripley has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer

Chain Catcher News, the cryptocurrency exchange Kraken announced that Kraken's Chief Operating Officer Dave Ripley will succeed Kraken co-founder and CEO Jesse Powell as CEO of Kraken, while Jesse Powell will become the Chairman of the Board.

It is reported that Dave was the CEO of the original cryptocurrency wallet financing service company Glidera, which joined Kraken through acquisition. He previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group and has experience as a software engineer and product manager. During his tenure at Kraken, he successfully completed 16 acquisitions. (Source link)
