According to Chain Catcher news, Russian media Kommersant reported that Alexei Moiseev, Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia, announced that the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) and the Ministry of Finance (Minfin) have reached a consensus on a bill for cross-border settlements using cryptocurrency. The proposed bill allows Russian nationals to use digital wallets, which must be opened by entities regulated by the Central Bank in Russia, and these entities must comply with anti-money laundering requirements, starting with KYC.
