According to Chain Catcher news and reported by The Block, Binance has registered with the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), allowing it to establish a local office, covering services including NFTs, spot trading, and staking. The Reserve Bank of New Zealand stated last year that it would conduct public consultations on topics related to digital assets such as Bitcoin, stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
