Global logistics giant UPS launches a metaverse store in Decentraland
According to Chain Catcher news and reported by Ledger Insights, UPS, one of the world's largest shipping and parcel supply service companies, has officially joined the metaverse. This multinational company has opened a virtual store in Decentraland, aimed at providing services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the virtual world. However, at this stage, UPS will not offer one-on-one interactive support in Decentraland. They have also partnered with Fast Company to establish a virtual education academy to provide sales and marketing training services for small businesses. UPS applied for metaverse and NFT trademarks as early as April this year, hoping to protect its brand IP in related fields. (source link)
