According to Chain Catcher news and reported by the Royal Gazette, digital asset alternative investment management company AltFi Capital Management Ltd has announced the acquisition of a Class B Professional Fund license from the Bermuda Monetary Authority and the launch of the Class B Professional Fund AltFi Capital Opportunities, which offers investors an actively managed diversified digital asset portfolio, including liquidity investments and traditional VC investments.

The company stated in a release that the new fund will only allow qualified investors to increase their exposure to digital assets in their portfolios. Currently, its legal and regulatory consulting support is provided by Walkers (Bermuda) Limited, and the fund manager is Krypton Fund Services. (source link)
