This version is a temporary emergency patch aimed at alleviating the cross-chain infrastructure between the beacon chain and BNB Chain, so that the cross-chain bridge can be re-enabled. This is a hard fork version for both the testnet and mainnet, and other validating nodes in the testnet and mainnet need to check and upgrade as soon as possible.
