Shoba Pillay stated that 15-25 witnesses are expected to be interviewed, with the primary goal of gaining a deeper understanding of the quantity and scope of documents and data that need to be reviewed and analyzed.
ChainCatcher previously reported that a U.S. bankruptcy judge ruled at a court hearing that the independent examiner for the Celsius bankruptcy case, Shoba Pillay, needs to provide a mid-term report around mid-November, detailing Celsius's financial management and customer account handling information. It is reported that Pillay's task is to complete an external investigation of the lending business transactions, including the storage of its crypto assets, customer account management, the status of its mining operations, and tax issues.
