NEAR Foundation Appoints New Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

ChainCatcher news, the NEAR Foundation has announced the appointment of Bill Earner as Chief Operating Officer and Christopher Donovan as General Counsel.

Earner previously served as General Manager of the public transport app and mapping service Citymapper, a venture partner at Entrepreneur First, and founder of Connect Ventures. Donovan was a partner and legal lead at Outlier Ventures. (source link)
