ChainCatcher news, according to TechCrunch, Dubai's Web3 immersive social application VUZ has announced the completion of a $20 million Series B funding round, with participation from Caruso Ventures, Vision VC Fund, e&capital, DFDF (Dubai Future District Fund), WIN (Webit Investment Network), SRMG, Elbert Capital, Yasta Partners, Faith Capital, and Panthera Capital. The total amount raised to date has exceeded $30 million.
It is reported that VUZ bridges the gap between the physical and virtual worlds by providing high-quality immersive content. It is currently available on iOS and Android app stores. This Web3 platform claims to have gained over 10 million users and more than 1 billion screen views since its launch, with over 44% of views coming from the Middle East, 32% from the United States, and 24% from Egypt.
