Samsung Electronics plans to launch Samsung Wallet service in 13 countries within the year
ChainCatcher news, according to South Korean media reports, Samsung Electronics plans to launch the Samsung Wallet service in 13 additional countries within the year. Previously, Samsung Electronics had already launched this service in South Korea, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
On June 16, Samsung announced the launch of Samsung Wallet, which combines Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass to allow users to store and access digital IDs, payment and membership cards, digital keys, and more.
In addition, Samsung Wallet is protected by Samsung Knox's defense-grade security and leverages the open Galaxy ecosystem through integration with the Samsung Blockchain Wallet to easily monitor its cryptocurrency portfolio across multiple exchanges.
