ChainCatcher news, Zhao Changpeng tweeted that UNI was "automatically delegated" during the internal wallet transfer process due to protocol settings, and it was not a proactive delegation by Binance. Binance will not use users' tokens for voting or protocol governance.

It is reported that in the morning, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams stated that Binance has delegated approximately 13.2 million UNI to a wallet controlled by itself, giving it a voting power of 5.9% in the Uniswap DAO, and expressed concerns that Binance might use users' tokens for governance based on its own needs.
