According to ChainCatcher, Michael Patchen has left his position as Chief Risk Officer at the crypto lending firm Genesis after just three months. Prior to Genesis, Patchen served as Chief Risk Officer at AQR Capital Management for over five years and has held positions at Carlson Capital, SAC Capital, and Deutsche Bank.

It is reported that Genesis has experienced significant talent loss following substantial losses due to Three Arrows Capital. In August, Genesis laid off 20% of its staff, and CEO Michael Moro departed; in September, research head Noelle Acheson and co-head of trading Matt Ballensweig also left. (source link)
