NFT financing platform RAZE completes $175,000 Pre-Seed round financing
ChainCatcher news, NFT financing platform Raze Fintech Inc. announced the completion of a $175,000 Pre-Seed round of financing. The platform is now live and accepting client applications, with two pilot clients (RedDoors Tech Inc and Versafy Inc.).
It is reported that Raze is dedicated to providing a platform for businesses to raise funds through minting NFTs in a compliant manner. The platform requires issuers to conduct KYC on all qualified investors and also obtain accredited investor declarations and execute agreement digital signatures.
