The Dogechain community plans to burn 80% of the total supply of DC

ChainCatcher news, the Dogechain community has launched a proposal vote to burn DC, aiming to destroy 80% of the total supply of DC and shorten the vesting period of Early Shibes airdrop from 48 months to 6 months. If the proposal passes, the Dogechain Foundation will burn 80% of the total supply of DC tokens, proportionally across all token categories. The total supply will decrease from 1 trillion to 200 billion.

The voting period is from October 23, 3 AM UTC to October 28, 3 AM UTC. At least 500 million DC votes are required for the proposal to pass, and the DC used for voting will remain locked until the voting ends. Only DC mainnet tokens are eligible. (source link)
