The physical collectible NFT production company Courtyard has completed a $7 million seed round of financing, led by NEA
ChainCatcher news, the Web3 startup Countyyard, which creates NFTs for rare sneakers and other collectibles, announced the completion of a $7 million seed round financing, led by NEA, with participation from Y Combinator, OpenSea Ventures, VaynerFund, Brink's, Cherry Ventures, and several angel investors.
It is reported that Courtyard is one of the projects in Y Combinator's Winter 2022 incubation program. The services provided by the company allow valuable physical collectibles to be minted as NFTs with digital ownership. Each physical collectible is certified, insured, and stored in a vault. Currently, Courtyard has launched a sneaker NFT marketplace and plans to expand its business into luxury cars and artworks. (Source link)
