ChainCatcher news, the pre-production version of the Solana phone will be delivered to developers starting December 15, and the phone is set to launch in early 2023. Approximately 3,500 developer-focused kits have been manufactured and packaged. The last hurdle is the release software, which is undergoing final testing.

The developer kits will first be sent to holders of the Saga Pass, an NFT membership offered to early users of the phone.

It is reported that the Solana phone is named Saga, an Android phone featuring the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, 12GB of RAM, and an OLED display. It will be available in the first quarter of 2023 at a price of $1,000. (TheBlock)
